THE PROCESS
Bed Prep
Factory bed liner (if present) is removed. Bed is cleaned, sanded, and prepped to ensure maximum adhesion.
Masking
Every edge, trim piece, and tail light is masked off. The liner goes where you want it, nowhere else.
Spray Application
Polyurethane is sprayed in multiple passes for consistent thickness. Forms to every bolt and corner.
Cure & Delivery
24-hour cure time recommended. We test adhesion and texture before you pick up.

Standard application is approximately 1/4 inch thick. This provides solid impact resistance without adding excessive weight.
